Advertising

We currently offer two forms of advertising: on our website, and in the print edition of our magazine. For any enquiries about advertising, please email advertising@christis.org.uk.

Print Edition

The print edition is circulated mainly around the University of York, and provides ideal advertising opportunities for local and national organisations wishing to target students. We print 300 copies of each issue of the magazine. We can accept adverts supplied in pdf form or any common graphical format. Alternatively, we can design an advert based on supplied text. Our prices are as follows:

Quarter page (B&W):£10
Half page (B&W):£20
Full page (B&W):£40
Inside back cover (B&W)*:£45
Inside back cover (Colour)*: £50
Back cover (B&W)*:£55
Back cover (Colour)*:£60

Alternatively, you may wish to sponsor an issue of Christis: the price for this is £250 for an issue with colour covers, or £150 with black and white covers*. For this price, we will include your name/logo on our front cover, a full page advert on our back cover, and "Sponsored by [your name/logo]" at the foot of every internal page. Our magazines are usually 16 or 20 pages long, depending on the number of articles we receive: the length of an issue will not affect the price of sponsorship.

Website

Our website is very popular, attracting about 700 visits per day from around the globe. We can accept banner adverts supplied in any common graphical format (e.g. *.jpg, *.gif, *.png). Our banner size is 468x60 pixels. Adverts will appear at the top of most pages (approximately 900 pages). The maximum file size for an animated banner is 50kb. Our prices are as follows:
